Delegation from Russia discovers the CHE UniversityRanking and quality assurance in Germany
Seventeen professors from leading Russian universities today visited the CHE to discover the CHE UniversityRanking and German quality management systems at HEIs.
The International Academy for Management and Technology (INTAMT) planned and organised the visit for the Russian guests as part of the German-Russian year of science. Participants wanted to find out more about the design, content and implementation of the two-tier study system and to do this visited several HEIs. They made a one-day visit to the CHE to hear a lecture by Saskia Ulrich and Isabel Roessler (CHE), who gave them an initial insight into the methodology of the CHE UniversityRanking, and Dr. Sigrun Nickel (CHE) talked to the Russian guests about quality management in Germany.

The International Academy for Management and Technology (INTAMT) was founded in 2005 with the aim of promoting the transfer of knowledge between GUS states and the EU. The academy organises trips for delegations, conferences and symposia in order to promote networks in the business, science and education sectors. The INTAMT e. V. is member of the German-Russian Forum and thereby sets a pattern for wide-ranging dialogue between Germany and Russia.
