Visitors from Ghana – delegation of the Ministry of Education is getting to know the CHE UniversityRanking
A delegation from Ghana has arrived in Germany for a two weeks stay. The first stop is Gütersloh, where the members of the Ghanaian Ministry of Education especially want to get to know the CHE UniversityRanking.
The CHE-Ranking team meets the delegation from Ghana to inform them about the ranking. Ghana is thinking about developing a comparison of their universities and higher education institutions. Apart from general information about the German higher education system, the delegation is especially interested in the experiences and the methodology of the CHE UniversityRanking. Therefore they will spend most of their time in Gütersloh.
Another stop on their stay in Germany is Bonn where they will visit the German Rectors´ Conference, the DAAD and the accreditation agency AQAS. A meeting with the employees of the Higher Education Information System (HIS) in Hanover is also scheduled. There they will especially discuss the topic of Benchmarking.
