CHE ExcellenceRanking English

The CHE – Centre for Higher Education Development has launched a "Ranking of Excellent European Graduate Programmes" (CHE Excellence Ranking for short) for the disciplines of biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics. The ranking is designed to support the search for a higher education institution (HEI) suitable for master or doctoral programmes. Alongside this, the CHE wants to highlight the research strengths of European HEIs and provide those HEIs listed in the ranking with ideas for the further improvement of their already excellent programmes.

A detailed paper with facts, explanations and methodology is available exclusively in English and can be downloaded by clicking on the link to the right. Detailed results of the ExcellenceRanking can also be found at www.excellenceranking.org, the online interactive website hosted by DIE ZEIT. In addition, selected results of the CHE-ExcellenceRanking have been published in the December 2007 issue of the student magazine ZEIT CAMPUS.
